Anyone have any info on this company. Am trying to figure out what they are doing with XT-DMS.

I saw a 747 in Riyadh yesterday carrying the Kallat Elsaker banner and XT- reg. Cargo or passenger I'm not sure.
On another note they operated a couple of XT-registered L-1011's for the Hajj and got into all sorts of trouble.

I heard they had a 747 that belonged to Northeast Airlines...I thought the NE planes had missing paperwork and corrosion problems.

This is a new operation rising from the ashes of Globe Jet based out of Beirut, Lebanon.
They have few L1011-500's ex Air Transat and rumors had it they had lost their Lebanese AOC, thus comes the XT registration.
If you look on Airliner's.net you will find a recent photo of their planes in Ouagadougou.
