Hi to all.. im Nivethitha..holder of FAA flightdispatch license.
Im currently looking for a job.
From my search now i learnt that we have to have some reference from people already working with a airline.

im da first in my family to step into aviation and its making life more difficult.
hope somone who have faced my situation in the past can help me too.
