hello everybody!
I'm a student about to take my degree in work phsycology, my thesis argoument is the recruitment of pilots.
I would like to read some books about this, I wonder if there are anything that prepeare the pilot for the recruitment.
Is there any pilot who have read anything focused on the companies selection criteria in general?
