I ve been flying in Gabon a few years ago and I know for sur that you will find there a private PC 12....you can try to get some more details with a local company :Air affaires gabon / 2AG....
A part of Gabon did you check in Namibia or South Africa?

I would go to the horses mouth. Contact the sales Rep for Pilatus and although he may not divulge who owns what, he may be able to let you know where they need a driver......
