newspaper give fake news about indian aviation

hi guys the newspaper tell that there is boom in india aviation field and it will grow but as we newbie see that it not easy now days to get even training in airlines the whole airlines take those guys which r throw sourse or by giving huge amount of money . out of 150 cpl holders only 10 are taken and in aircraft engineers newbie they only taken throw jack and nothing else . pls give your views so that newbie those going abroad for pilot training and spending lot of money can know the reality .

now a day there r 7000 indian doing pilot training what about them how they r going to return there loan .and when they going to come back they again have to do TR course of there own mean total of 40,00000 approx they going to spend and after how long they will pay there loan back and also some airlines decreasing co pilot salaries and shifting them to guest houses and it can even get worse.
