Hellooo

Apologies if its a recurring one, but can some one summarise the QSP rotary to civvy license highlights? I have the 2000hrs, just wondering how long it takes, costs, best schools, gotchas and just general tips?

Any advice/experience on demand for police/ambulance at present/12 months time also appreciated.

Speak to Alex Wittingham at Bristol Ground School, it costs approx £500-£600 for his Bridging package (single exam), once you pass that you then need to do 2 exams with the CAA. These exams are Ops procedures and Air Law, again use Bristol GS as they have a bank of questions (£50 for 3 months access).

How quickly you get them done is up to you, you work at your own rate but could have them done and a license in your pocket within a year.

Police and Air Ambulance are always looking for more Pilots. Good luck

Thanks Timex, annoyingly seem to be not registered to claim back the full amount from the RAF, but going to go with Bristol. Cheers.

If you can get an IR completed once you've done the exams, then that opens up a lot more doors.
