I have been flying helicopters for quite awhile now and looking for a line change over to fixed wing. My present job is stable but I am never home and spend lengthy periods (upto 8 weeks) away. I figure fixed wing might be a better solution.

I have ICAO ATPL's in Helicopter and fixed wing. Albeit the fixed wing is the bare minimum (1100 hours seized wing) to get the ATPL. I have a few thousand hours as Captain on helcopters IFR offshore to oil rigs in 2 crew helos.

Basic question overall is that I am looking for airline companies that specifically accept rotary time. Companies that have had some rotorheads go through successfully and positively.

I am open to suggestions and realize certain opportunities may require certain salary sacrifices from present and/or self sponsorship scenerios.

Thanks for advice in advance.
