The cheapest place I know is Old Sarum Flying Club in Salisbury using there frequent flyer rates (blocks of 10 hours).
http://www.oldsarumflyingclub.co.uk/
But may not be convenient for you. Suggest you try a local flying club instead of just FTO's
Good luck :)

Thanks, just had a look at their website, do you know if the frequent flyer rates include fuel and VAT? Cheers

Dude, paying 73£ an hour on lil' Cessna 152... :ugh:
If I were you I would take my yearly leave t the USA... Depending on how many hours you need to build, it may save you a month's pay...

You might be right in the summer but just how deep is the drifting snow at your place at the moment?

No snow at the moment in Wadsworth but there has been a hell of alot a few weeks back.
That's also why we onyl fly between March and November ;-)
You must be crazy to take your annual leave in the winter ;-)
Have you also been blocked a week for unrighty advertising?

As far as I know the price is all inclusive.
In my area they have a very good reputation as a high quality operation.
I would give them a call first to sound them out
Good Luck
