Hi hoping somebody working for ryanair maybe able to answer this for me,

I was hoping to fly from Liverpool to Grenoble late may coming back early june but the ryanair web site only lists flights to Grenoble for a few weeks around the February period,

Why should that be or is it that they only fly there for a very short period in the year,

I cannot find any way to contact ryanair to ask this question.

Regards Nick.

I do not know in this case but a lot if airlines seem to put on flights either for special events or for seasonal events.

Eg. Skiing destinations may well see more flights than the beach destinations in the winter months (if that makes sense)..

A quick trawl through Wikipedia
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grenoble_Airport#Summer_Destinations_.282007.29) tells you that the airport is mainly winter flights for the skiers.

No sign of anything for summer to either Grenoble or Chambery on Skyscanner so looks like it'll have to be a trip to Lyon.

Looks like I am out of luck with that idea then, but thanks anyway.
