Last time I was in Nam, West Air was probably the most renowned and respected company in the country. If they're anything like their impeccably clean hangar, then they're solid! The best aeroplanes on the airport too. Clean and in top condition. When you snaged something, which was pretty seldom, it got fixed.

They operate mainly Cessna's, range from 210,310,402,404 and their Boeings (F406's).
Specialize mainly in charter, safari's,scheduled pax , freight and recently survey.Surelly one of the better companies based on Eros.
Their training bonds just seems to be lengthy and expensive for the type they operate.

Excellent company. Check out www.westwing.com.na (http://www.westwing.com.na). One of the most professional charter companies on the African continent and they pay very well indeed. Their training bonds are a bit steep but it is very comforting to know that when youre somewhere out in the sticks with a C210 or C310 with tourists who rock up there with way too much lugguage you just say no to flying overweight and the company will back you 100%. Very safe outfit! :ok:

I agree, a bond just less than quarter of a million Rand for 3 years is a little steep....
