Our F Manual recommends flaps 25 in gusty conditions or where noise on approach is a factor.
I have been trying it for a while and much prefer the handling qualities in this configuration to flap 30, especially, but not only in strong winds.
A little higher pitch attitude and a couple of knots faster on final, with noticably less power, but more precise and stable (goes where you point it better) are my impressions.
Thoughts, comments ?
