Simple answer is - No.

You need a CPL to get paid.
You need 150hrs to go for your CPL
You need either your ATPL exams or CPL theory to do your CPL

You can on the other hand do a FI course before your CPL. But you can't get paid as you don't have a CPL.

Req for starting the Flight Instructor course is:

200 hours flight time with at least 100 hours PIC (if holding a CPL) or 150 hours PIC (if holding a PPL).

Have met all of the CPL or ATPL knowledge requirements

Amongst other stuff.

If you have the 150hrs PIC time and CPL theory/ATPL theory you might as well do the CPL and get paid :O

Good luck.
