Having accumulated something like 100k miles, I am currently trying to make a redemption booking.....absolutely horrendous!
No seats available on any of 5 given dates. Then they put you on hold forever, come back and say they've found a seat in business class (costs you double mileage, of course). So you reluctantly accept. We'll call you back in one hour, Sir (that was two days ago). I asked them to email me instead. Nothing in my mailbox yet.
I called them again today to find out what was going on, and now the seat they promised me is not on the day they had confirmed and guess what: it's waitlisted. :eek:
I've redeemed with EK, TG, UL, SG, but 9W is the absolutely sh1tt1est I've ever come across.
Anyone out there with redemption experience with 9W?
