You meam which one doesn't???? --well almost. The Dc-9 series is probably the most common narrowbody twinjet in the region. I can only imagine what will begin to happen whwn American begins to phase out their 300+ MD-80s in from 2009-2012 as they say.

To answer you question:

Aeropostal
Avianca
Aserca
Aeromexico

okay, somebody help me here....

Hi Saturno, the list of Latin American airlines flying MD-80s follows:

Mexico
Aeromexico

Argentina
Austral
Andes

Colombia
Avianca/SAM
Aerorepublica

Venezuela
Aeropostal
(Aserca flies DC-9-30s, but no MD-80s)

If interested in MD-80s, I guess you'll find interesting the following website:

I hope you'll find it useful.

An upstart airline in Nicaragua, Nicaragua Líneas Aéreas was planning on using MD-83's, however, I am not up-to-date on this project. They are one of the many projects of the Spanish airline Gadair.
