Well the conversion process is kinda really simple back in Nepal as compared to india or other countries. Give them a call and ask them if the school that you are currently getting your training is in their approved list? If so then well and good, you just have to submit your license and the last 3 pages of your log book along with a fee of i guess 100$,then you would be allowed to sit for the coversion exam which is held quaterly. Once you clear all your papers you ll have to clear one more exam that is the TYPE exam which means you ll have to write the exam for the aircraft on which you would be flying for the company but that is only after you are signed by a company and you know which aircraft you would be rated on.

E-mail me if you have any queries.

p.s:Only nepali citizen can convert their license in nepal.
