Flight schools in Germany and Austria?

Hi there everybody, and a happy new year!

I speak rather good German, and would like to start a life and a career in Germany or in Austria. First step is to find a flight school.

Any tips of a good and well known flight school inside Germany or Austria? InterCockpit is one of the best schools that I've seen so far..

My name's Mark, 16. I come from Poland, and I must go to highschool in this year. I can go to germamy Highschool, but I don't know what do later. Where I can study? My englisch and germanysh aren't soo good. I don't know what do. I wann be a Pilot, it's my dream!
