Instructors wanted

Hi all,

Having seen the advert about the Reserve Instructor requirement, Im wondering what the requirements are to be a 'staff appointed pilot' are?

It says that civillians can apply with or without mil experience. I do have mil experience but only from a ground trade point of view. ( Served for 5 years).
I do however hold a Civillian Commercial Licence and shortly to hold an instructor rating.

Any info from anyone who is the know would be very much appreciated.

I would guess that a staff pilot would be one who flys training aircraft about that are training rearcrew not front enders....only a guess.
