I Saw an e-mail (managers minutes) that Air New Zealand is hunting Aircraft engineers in SA and that they have interviewed 60 canidates in September and again 119 in Nov.
They are counting on at least 100 Licenced engineers & avionics engineers to accept the offer with re location and re settlement paid, 3/4 for Auckland base and 1/4 for Christchurch.
Mostly engineers from SAA & SAFAIR were interviewed.
With no engineers and pilots....Who is going to service and fly your aircraft SAA?
