From the Ebay auction details:

The Anglian Air Centre at Norwich International Airport have donated the helicopter for this flight. Your pilot will be a highly experienced, ex-RAF Search and Rescue pilot with over 8,000 flying hours, a qualified helicopter instructor on the R44, who also flies Sikorsky helicopters offshore. He has donated his experience and time to this auction.

Easy enough to check if it's kosher.
