servisair training

hi i am a newbie to this so hope its on the right forum!!
i have just got a position with servisair as a psa based in bristol and have a 3 week training programme to go on as i have never worked in the airport- been a travel advisor but no airport experience. can anyone tell me what to expect??? has anyone just recently passed and can tell me more....:confused:
