Can someone please tell me what Aviance are like to work for at Heathrow? What is the pay like, and overtime chances? What are the shift patterns, and are they slave drivers, or pretty relaxed and easy going? any info would be appreciated...I have a choice of companies that have offered me employment, and I'm just weighing them up.:ugh:
