Glass Cockpits

Am I the only one who thinks that a/c flight decks looked better the old analogue way? I know the information is displayed in a far more succint and clear manner now but from a purely aesthetic point of view, call me crazy, but I think the cockpits of a/c like the 747 classic looked nicer than the new 400s. Dont know why I feel this way!

In the same way analogue watches look nicer than digital ones!

I won't be happy until the whole front panel is a 32 inch LCD screen with everybit of information, and reruns of Frasier in the top corner! You want masses of little dials and 3 times as many switches? Getoutahere! Do you prefer Morris 1000s to those newfangled modern Japanese cars?
