Is it me or do you need a degree in computer engineering to work the Pprune search function.
Getting a very high blood pressure here!!!
Trying to find the thread on PAT bournemouth but it is telling me that words like PAT & air are too short.
Help!!!

I think that any aviation related search engine that does allow you to search for a TLA (Three Letter Acronym) is next to useless. It excludes many, many schools and essential items of kit:
AFT, OAT, FTE, QAC.
ILS, NDB, AFD, VSI, ASI, ADI, VOR, QFE, QNH etc. etc. etc.
That does not help anyone.

Yes it is useless along with all the other little board rules pprune employ. So use Google instead.
Enter the search terms followed by site:pprune.org
For example...
cheese site:pprune.org
BR
(who holds a BSc in Computer Science)

Or put speech marks round it all, like - "PAT Bournemouth"...it will let you do that :)
