Not sure if this information is in the public domain but is it possible to see what flight paths are used by the various airlines around Ireland and the UK. Its out of interest as I've frequently flown over fantastic sights and would love to get an idea of what/where they might be.

What you need is a copy of AERAD charts.
We used to let Flight Simulator enthusiasts have old copies for a donation to "Dreamflight" but were forbidden from doing this after 09/11 as the hijackers were believed to have used Microsoft's Flight Simulator to train for their atrocities.
Whether or not you can get hold of the details on-line or not, I don't know, but a Google for "AERAD charts" might get you started. Don't buy them though (I already noticed there are one or two sites selling to enthsiasts at inflated prices!)
