I have to tell you that does not compare with the topless marshalling on the line at Luke Air Force Base back in 1976 when the female lineys were making a point about their male counterparts going t-shirtless.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!

...but the trouble was that the proficient ones could point you in two separate directions.

I hope that with all the fun they were having they remembered to take out the 'Remove before Flight' flags.

I thought the yanks did that just before the end of the runway??

They must be bloody fast runners those yank lineys.

How do you think they will explain acting like tw*ts at the subsequent B.O.I.?

Good god, I'm pretty sure none of those signals comply with STANAG 3117FS. I don't know, cowboy marshallers. Flight safety isn't a joke don't you know.

Now if that had been RAF lads I'm sure the morale police would have been round quick as you like to stamp out any fun.

Alas, LJR, all that is left is the memory - taxying was very slow that day I can assure you.
