Hi gentlemen,
concerning the pilot assessment in a simulator, I've seen a while ago a method which was using 5 or 6 levels of rating. 0 being "failed" and 5 being "excellent". Each level was given a clear definition like 4= " could perform the exercise with some errors, but the corrective actions were quick and correct"...or something like that.
Do you see what I mean and could you link me to a sheet like that or paste the definitions?
Thanks for your help

This was from the 1st assessment I did:
Marked on a 1-5 rating: On the below and also an over all performance
SPATIAL AWARENESS

TAKE OFF, CLIMB & LEVEL OFF:

GENERAL HANDLING & HOLD:

APPROACH, ILS & LANDING:

1. Unsatisfactory. Not suitable for a Jet Conversion Course at this time
2. Weak. Not suitable for an immediate Jet Conversion Course without further training.
3. Average. Likely to complete a Jet Conversion Course on schedule
4. Above Average
5. Exceptional.

Thanks "Heavens above" . This is the kind of thing I'm looking for. I'd like one which details even more accurately why it was unsat, average or above.
That description top help the instructors to standardize their judgment.
