I can't believe it. I didn't for one second realise that's who FW207 was. I briefly knew John during my time completing my CPL at HAI as he was completing his FAA CPL at the same time. I was completely unaware of his passing. Very sad indeed, a friendly and chatty bloke if ever there was one. RIP John.

Hi,
I am glad you all like my site. It is made in my spare time so sometimes it takes a little longer than I would like between the updates... The site is just made to inform people who would like to know about how to become a helicopter pilot or see how the life of a pilot is flying on the North Sea.

If you have any comments, ideas etc please let me know.

Regards Bertha

First solo on type the year I was born Speechless, but today I felt old being asked for advice by a sixteen year old with dreams of flying - Bertha, great site and I referred him to it...

Bertha it's a top site I wish I had had such a portal of information before I decided to go offshore. Though I was lucky and was very well looked after by the Blackpool crew during my stay.
