SEOUL, Korea, - Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. celebrated the delivery of three S-92® helicopters to the Korean Air Force today with a ceremony during the Seoul Air Show.
"With significantly enhanced aircraft survivability, communication and navigation capabilities, the S-92 helicopter is a proven leader in the VIP and Head-of-State mission categories.
Today's delivery ceremony is further recognition of the strength of this aircraft as well as the strong relationship that Sikorsky and the Korean Air Force continue to build," said Sikorsky Vice President Stephen B. Estill.
The S-92 helicopter continues to perform at a high operational tempo with the fleet recently passing 58,000 total flight hours.
