In Richmond BC. Just after take-off from YVR, reportedly runway 08R.

Medium height apartment building, explosion on impact, no word on injuries or fatalities.

The media is having a field day with this one because the pilot was 82 years old. Typical media nonsense, down to "small airplanes shouldn't fly over cities" in the comments section of one daily.
