Mate have a look at hovercontrol.com they have them in pdf files for all to enjoy.

I went to hovercontrol.com and no luck. If you want a flight sim it's ok, but no rotorcraft flight manuals. Do you have a link to go to? Or more help?

Go to www.bellhelicopter.net and register for access.
Must provide all requested information and show legitimate proof as pilot or mechanic for operator who has 412 (or other Bell models) such as serial number.
If you qualify they will send login info to your email.
