Can anyone advise who a wannabe should write to at these companies for advice?

Should it be the chief pilot or someone else?

Any names would be appreciated.

Do you have a license - ATPL or CPL(H) and CAA class one medical - if not I am afraid that the best advice you can get is not from the companies but via Pprune.
