Military Flight Time Vs Civil Flight Time

Does anyone care to shed some light on flight time and how the Military log it (mainly Australia, but also interested in other countries).
I've heard it's different from G.A, being we log Engine start to engine stop.

GA and Airline log Blox time not engine time, which does not even appear on the tch log. That is airborne engine time (flight time).
