Chaps, I have one DVD that I want to rip the soundtrack from, convert to mp3 and stick on the Ipod. I have searched this thread and googled to no avail. All I get from google is a list of DVD rippers that will do the job but cost upwards of $30. All the free ones mentioned will do a sample ripping of no more than 5 minutes so it is a bit frustrating. I know I could buy one, but all I want to do is rip the one soundtrack and no more. Does anyone know of a genuine free ripper that I could download?
Thanks in advance :ok:

You might want to check this little program :

It seems to be be doing just what you want. And it's available on many different platforms.

Thanks for the tip Robear, I downloaded it and it seems fine but I am now having a battle with what I believe to be the copy protect on the DVD. Will persevere.

Thanks again.
