VS744 25/08/07 Low level eastbound over Exeter

I was rather surprised to see the VS744 at a unusually low level on Saturday afternoon. After checking the arrival schedules for VS I couldn't see any flights which were due in to LHR or LGW around 5pm.
Given the aircraft appeared to be at around 10,000ft my thoughts were about an outbound flight which may have diverted back to London.
Anybody else see it?
