There has been quite a bit of hiring recently, most have come up from the Express operation, Twin Otter to right seat B-737.
There was one Sr. Captain (early) retirement, a couple of upgrades to the left seat and still at least one left seat vacancy.
That is the short-term picture, a couple of things are still up in the air for next year, but the situation at Cayman Airways can be best described as being a work in progress.
I think it is fair to say that with the many changes in management recently, the focus is on creating a more commercially viable operation.
