newcomer,

Depends what you mean by an experienced pilot. If you are a current J31 skipper then you'll probably have your arse kissed as you walk through the door. However, most people who attend an interview with HWY are looking for their first commercial job. The interview is a fairly relaxed affair with the cheif pilot and either the MD, Ops manager or other management pilot. The questions are geared towards getting you to talk about yourself rather than catch you out.
If you are successful, then you will be asked for a flight check.
This is normally done on the weekend after the interview takes place. You will go along on the newspaper delivery, so expect to help unload the aircraft and have your flight check on an empty sector coming back to INV. This is done usually in the company 406 by the MD. Involves a EFATO, single enging procedural ILS or VOR or NDB (depending on how nasty the MD is feeling) a bit of airwork and a landing. He isn't looking for perfection, just that you're not a complete muppit behind the controls.
