Pets on AerLingus

I'm bringing my dog to Ireland in late October and would like to use AerLingus because of where I live. The AerLingus website says all pets have to go thru petexpress.us. Now I've been dealing with petexpress for a while now and I am anything but impressed. They can't even run spell check on the credit card agreement they want me to sign. E-mails are never returned and when you call back they say they've never heard of you so you get to start all over again.

I can't find any appropriate phone number on the AerLingus website. Just phone numbers for website problems and reservation problems. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get around petexpress? How about a contact number at AerLingus?
