Firstly I am sorry if this has been done before, I couldn't find it in the search.

Can anyone give me some information regarding the process once you begin the type rating for either of these companies. In particular:

I'd like to know initial salary etc for a non type rating pilot (CPL/IR/MCC 200hrs jobie).

I'd also like to know who pays for the type- and how is it funded. I presume the cadet pays, if so is there a spefic bank they have dealings with on the loans?

How quickly does the initial salary increase, and what would these increases be?

How many hours and years would one be looking at before being offered Command-provided that person were command material of course.

Feel free to point me to another thread if one answering ALL of the above exists.

Ryanair vs Easyjet Why are you exclusively comparing Easy to Ryan? Why not Ryan payscales to BA/Jet 2/Monarch/Thompson/Flybe/ for example.

A FO who I know took a pay cut to join BA from Ryan last month.
