Flight tracking

There are pleny of software tools and websites which allow the tracking of both commercial and GA flights in the US region which are on an IFR flight plan.

Does anyone know how I can do this within Europe and points East ? I'm particularly looking to track private GA aircraft.

The US provides this data from an integrated radar network. European airspace doesn't have this type of integration and the providers (or maybe the law) don't seem to allow disemination of this type of information to the general public - As such, I have never seen the type of service you can get in the US for european GA. If the aircraft is equipped with Mode-S and it transmits the extended squitter you might be able to track it using the network features of Kinetic's software.
