Hi ALL,
How much it costs for a Cessna 206 Rating in South AFrica and how many Flying hours are required for the rating?I want to contact any pilots who flies with any charter airline in Botswana .

You don't need a TR for a C206. Check out would suffice !
Did you mean a C208 - Caravan ? In which case - I'm not sure !

You can either get the check ride done in SA or in Maun with the flight school at Mack Air, ask for Lutz. To get the Bots rating on your licence though you will need to have done 5 hours in total, inlcuding the CFT, which can also be done by Lutz or someone else from the flight school there. Great bunch of people.
my advice would be to contact them direct and book it all and go straight there, saves on your pennies spending time in SA when you can get it done in Maun and if that is where you want to get a job then it better to spend that time training in the same town. Get your face known
