LX A320 Direct entry Pilot assesment

Is anybody familiar with Swiss assesment for A320 direct entry scheme?
I am trying to find information but it's very limiting.
Is the German DLR test similiar? or maybe COMPASS OR PILAPT?
Is there any software or seminars to prepare candidates for this?
