Open Sky between USA & Europe

In the next march 2008, an Open sky will take place between USA & Europe.
The deal is anywhere from the EU to anywhere in USA.

Does anyone have comments to make about which new carriers, which aircrafts, which investors...

I am sure there will be new carriers but I reckon we will also see some casualties as some routes are already oversubscribed. Hopefully the pax will benefit from a price war.
