Air Service based in Libreville ., West Central Africa is seeking a mature bilingual French/English person with a solid aviation background with a proven track record in airline dispatch and operations. This is not a position for those seeking progression to a line pilot position.
The current aircraft fleet is comprised of;
4 X DHC-8/100
1 X DHC-8/300
2 X DHC-6
2 X CRJ/100
This is a challenging position for the right candidate, you will work under the Director of Flight Operations but be given a free hand in developing improved procedures, implementing new software and training current and new staff in your methods. The current system is a pilot self dispatch with flight follower assistance set-up. The company is committed to improving its operational control and safety nets and is seeking the right individual capable of working cooperativley with related departments and have experience managing people, a dispatch system and implementing new ideas.
The position is based in Libreville, .. Located in Central West Africa, company supplied no cost, furnished housing, type (house, apartment) is dependant on your situation i.e. single, married, number of children ect.
The base salary is $5,000.00 U.S per month, direct depoisited into an off-shore account of your choice.
Per diems are paid in cash twice monthy in local currency totaling $1200.00 U.S.
Performance bonuses for acheiving performance targets totaling $1000.00 U.S. per month.
A health plan is included and transportaion costs are covered by Air Service to Libreville and return to the city of your choice. You will be entitled to 1 month of holidays, once per year with company provided airline tickets for your return travel.
