HSMP Visa

I'm trying to find a flying job using an HSMP visa but nobody seems interested. Does anybody have any advice regarding companies that might accept a low time guy with a few hundred turboprop hours and a frozen ATPL on an HSMP visa?

I'm sure my time puts them off in any case but my visa probably downright frightens them :uhoh:
