Doh! 11 minutes. But the groundspeed will not remain constant in real life, so such calculations are not accurate. But they're a guide.

271NMH/60Min=4,51NM per Min

50NM/4,51NM per Min= 11 minutes time for 21000 feet

21000/11=1900

hello every one,
slope = 7 % x 271kt gs = 1897 ft/min.
