SAA Seizes SR MD11

I understand that SAA Technics have impounded a Swissair MD11 until their bills have been paid in full ... I wonder if this will include the balance of the money that SAir Group owed them for their investment?

If it's not paid, will this be the first MD11 in SAA colours? :D :D :D
