Met a guy by that name at Air Belguim about 7 or 8 years ago, think he was the Chief Pliot. Was certainly flying the B737.

John was with Air UK Leisure during the nineties. I'm not sure where he went from there. I heard a few years ago he was in semi-retirement in Spain.

After the demise of Air Belgium, I believe he went to a UK 737 operator. Possibly Astraeus.

I think he now commutes between a house near Malaga, Sweden, and Canada.

John came to Ryanair from a UK operator (don't know which one...) and worked there as a contract captain until his retirement. A lot of the time he was working in Skavsta and bought a house in the town nearby, so this is the house you're talking about in Sweden. Other than that, I believe you're right about commuting between Sweden, Spain and Canada, but I don't know his exact whereabouts...
