Pls advise what is SMART (pilot character) and Alt meter in RVSM

Pls advise 2 questions below sir
1. What is SMART? (someting about character that pilot should have)
2. During flight what relate to RVSM if one of ALtimeter failed? (pls reply as much as posible pls pls..)

I am freshy student pilot and need to write this to discuss with teacher sir. Thanks a lot.

1. Do you refer to being well groomed or smart as in intelligence?
2. If an altimeter becomes unserviceable during flight then you are to inform ATC that you are now Non RVSM
