If you really have all that lot open, of course your PC is going to run slowly!

C: Program Files\QBU\QkOnBtn.EXE - do you know what this is?

C: program files\zango\zango.exe
apdproxy.exe
BearShare.exe
All these 3 are nasty, or potentially nasty.

Get Spybot, Adaware and ewido - all free anti-malware - and run them.

Then start cleaning out all the crap! Most of the stuff that autoloads is not necessary.

BTW, the scan is dated 19 Jan - either your PC is running VERY slowly or it's taken you more than 4 months to decide to do something about all this.

Or maybe also take a look to see if your computer date/time settings are correct.

Don't recall this version.....
Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.0 (BETA)
.....being out since January (maybe wrong).

Agree with above. You have far to many items running. One of them (under O2 - BHO: PBUKV2) is described by some sites as a CoolWebsearch variant. This is spyware. Bearshare is a p2p application, you need to take extra precautions when using any of these. Very easy to download something nasty. Your Java is seriously out of date. Google "sun java version" and get the latest. PCPitstop has a feature where you can run a battery of tests, as a registered user or guest. Involves downloading an ActivEx and then about 5min for a computer scan, must use Internet Explorer. That will point you toward things you can safely remove from your start list/running programs. Things like QT check/Real check etc. You don't need them. Learn to update applications manually, periodically. With the exception of Windows update and AV definitions, once a month is adequate. Clean up your temporary files. Do you really need that many toolbars? Choose one, or two, maybe, uninstall the rest. Do you need Messenger running all the time? This in itself can be a security breach at worst, a drain on resource at best.
Last but not least, isn't it interesting that with Norton internet security running you appear to be fairly infested with spyware? 1) Be careful what you download and install; read the EULA carefully. Some of the stuff you're running has all sorts of "phone home and reporting" characteristics.
2) Consider a lighter, better application than Norton when the license expires. If you choose to remove it, download the removal tool from Symantec and run it after the uninstall. Norton can be quite "virus-like" to remove.
3) Get a couple of decent antispyware programs. Good contenders include Superantispyware (free and pay versions) AVG AS (was Ewido, trial resident, becomes a still usefull demand scanner when the trial ends) Asquared (free and pay versions) SpywareTerminator (free resident AS with HIPS- suggest you don't enable HIPS, it needs a bit of knowledge to know how to respond to it) Spybot and AdAware (free) old but still usefull.
4) You've got a small job ahead, though it will probably seem a bit overwhelming. Any questions? Good luck.

Lordy lordy.

"My name's Chris. I've got so many toolbars loaded in IE, I peer at the web through a little slot at the bottom. My hobbies are downloading free stuff and getting infected by Zango/180solutions, PBUKV2/CoolWebSearch and many other resource-stealing trojans. Interestingly, I run Compingo-protected software. I'm based in the UK but my computer understands Asian typography."

Question: Why is my Packard Bell computer even slower than my Sony Ericsson phone??"

In addition to the above resource, I see now that HijackThis has been sold to Trend Micro (LINK (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/hijackthis.php)) it is also going down the 'AnalyzeThis' route.

Early days yet though, until database expands.
