TV helicopter camera catches Italian with mistress

ROME (Reuters) - A man who took his mistress to the beach made the mistake of waving to a film crew on a helicopter covering Italy's bicycle race and was discovered by his wife. According to media reports, the man was with his younger mistress on a beach in northern Italy when the helicopter passed overhead with a crew covering the Giro d'Italia cycling classic.
The man waved, the camera zoomed in, and the couple ended up on live television.
The brother of the man's wife thought it was his sister he was seeing on television and called her on her cell phone, sure that it was she on the beach with her husband.
Instead, she was at home by herself and when her husband returned with a sun tan, he had some explaining to do.

Have heard of two similar instances.

1. The big time smart a**e manager of one of north oz's biggest trucking companies, if not the biggest, was,

'out bush on an emergency job because there was no other silly bugger that could take a transmission out to this truck and fix it, like'.

BUT, two days later the local ABC TV news was playing back events of a very famous bush race meeting (horses) and hey persto, there he was, drunk as a skunk on the arm of a luvly lady.

2. Another person that I know well whose local mates ALL knew that he smokes like a chimney, but according to his wife, "he doesn't smoke at all", was venting his spleen in such a galling manner at an industry event about some stupid damm thing, that the friendly ABC (again) featured him on the state wide current affairs program at weeks end.

Hey presto the durrie was featured and blazing fiercly. I had nothing to do (naturally) with the film editing, we all stayed away from wife, not because of her embarrassment, but because of her livid slpeen!

This is why I always close the curtains and if I'm out, wear a cunning disguise of false beard and dark glasses.....not that I ever seem to get much chance to get up to anything illicit but I do like the beard

Two stories, both true enough:

1) I was inside the Dam at Lake Mead, touring a big power plant. The dam is 30 minutes from Las Vegas (What happens here stays here.......;)). The tour guide announced to the group that a TV show was being filmed in the next room, and perhaps some don't want to be on TV, can we see a show of hands? EVERY guy with a young woman shot up his hand, and was escourted away from the cameras!

2) A friend flew a TV crew to film a show that would take the viewer across the US by air from a helicopter. They saw a great shot of a young woman on a beach at sunset, sitting and enjoying the sun and the waves. They began the long shot, and closed range at high speed to catch the drama, it was a great shot! That is, until they got up close and realized that the young lady's legs were bent all wrong, they were in front of her. In fact, the legs weren't hers at all, she was unclothed and sitting on some lucky guy's face! Not suitable for commercial TV, the clip rests in the archives to this day!
